STONE IMPREGNATOR 407

Stone Impregnator 407 is a water based flourochemical treatment that penetrates into porous stone floors preventing oil and water based soils from entering the stone. By keeping the stain and soil on the floors’ surface, this product protects the floor and makes it easier to clean. This product will not alter the stones’ natural appearance and does not require special maintenance.

Be sure floor is clean and dry before proceeding. Use as is. Do not dilute. Direction for Use 

• • Apply using a finish mop and bucket or pour directly on to the floor and spread using a mop or finish application.
  • Allow to dry 30-40 minutes. Before applying second coat, check if additional materials will be absorbed by the stone by testing a small area.
  • If product remains on the surface and it is not quickly absorbed another coat is not needed.
  • Coverage: 200-2000 sq ft per gallon depending on porousity.

• To test if your floor has been sealed, drop water onto the surface and if it beads up, then the floor is sealed. If the water penetrates the surface or soaks in, then the surface needs a coat of sealer.When applying the sealer, if too much is laid down, a white powder residue will show up on the floor. A red scrub pad on your buffer used dry will easily remove this residue and leave a powder behind that can be easily vacuumed up

  Use in commercial restrooms to prevent urine from soaking into the floor and causing odors and stains
